After a successful career as a buyer for the iconic Melbourne homewares store Market Import, Sarah started making products in her home with the help of her two beautiful daughters Posy and Lola. Their scented candles and bonbon soaps are wildly popular in Australia, New York, Paris, London, Japan and Singapore. These bespoke products come packaged in the most delightful of colours. And the same love of colours is reflected in Sarah's home starting from the bright sunshine yellow front door to the distressed turquoise backdoor and every room in between! The urban farmhouse style home features a curated collection of colourful and bright vintage art, film posters, eclectic finds and antique furniture that make every room of this home so very interesting! La station balnéaire de La Baule regorge de maisons typiques, mais rares sont celles à se retrouver sur le marché de l'immobilier. Qui plus est avec un jardin en plein centre-ville. C'est pourtant cette perle rare que cherche ce couple de nantais : une maison de vacances à seulement de 1h de route de chez lui, pour couper du quotidien effréné de chefs d'entreprise. Les mois passent sans qu'aucun bien ne retienne leur attention, jusqu'à ce qu'ils se décident à acheter cette maison des années 70 qui coche presque tous leurs critères. Du moins quant à l'emplacement, car l'extérieur de la bâtisse est loin d'emballer le couple avec son pignon triangulaire, son crépis blanc, ses volets bleus sans charme. Ce n'est pas non plus l'intérieur seventies qui le convainc de sauter le pas. Les nouveaux propriétaires se tournent naturellement vers l'architecte d'intérieur Adeline Pithois-Guillou, qui a rénové leur maison principale quelques années plus tôt, pour sublimer le bien. Il s'y sentent désormais tellement bien qu'il leur est impensable de s'en séparer. Récit d'une transformation réussie.
