I set the vodka and first aid kit and jumped on the counter with a grunt. Taking the gun, I shot the window alerting the house to danger. I heard a stampede of footsteps from the stairs to the living room and then the kitchen. I did not raise my head knowing they were pointing their guns at me. Taking a swing of vodka I stitched the wound on my stomach and dressed it. Raising my head I heard gasps around the room but they were still pointing their guns at me with stiffness in the shoulders, backs straight, and to the opposite of me stood the one and only The American Mafia Don, Alessandro De'Luca. "Who are you?" He spoke with authority and power radiating from him which can make people cower away from him but not me. I tilted my head and smirked, setting the vodka and first aid kit on the counter. I jumped down the counter and walked towards him making him point his gun directly at my head. I looked at him and said "Put your gun down, Mr. De' Luca. Wouldn't want you killing your own daughter, right?"
