Any packages returned by USPS will be refunded minus any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Your order will ship as regular mail via USPS. Free Shipping will include tracking numbers provided by Etsy, which do not always display accurate information. For more detailed and reliable tracking, we recommend choosing Priority Mail during checkout which will include a tracking number.
