Specifics: Comes on a 1.5 mm thick 18 inch long brown leather cord with a .925 sterling silver lobster claw clasp. Our pendants and charms are created through a process known as lost wax casting. An original sculpting is hand carved out of a solid block of wax. That sculpted wax is then set in a plaster cylinder and baked at more than 1000 degrees until all the wax is burnt out and a void of the sculpting remains. Molten precious metal is then spun into the void, and when it cools, it becomes the master model. A rubber mold is then made of the model so that duplicates can be made by injecting quick cooling liquid wax into the mold and then pulled to make many more wax copies of the original sculpting and the process repeats with the pendants then cast in sterling silver, polished, sand blasted and rhodium plated for a final finish before going onto the accompanying leather cord. They are handmade individually out of Sterling silver wire, oxidized for dimension and polished to high shine. These little pieces of art are relatively flat, mold around your finger and are see through, kind of like lace is. You will love this ring if you like big, handmade jewelry, that is comfortable to wear. These rings don‘t come from a mold. I make them individually out of wire. They are all very similar, but not identical. The flower is around 1inch long. Other than choosing your size (pls size 1/2 up for these) you have the choice between a textured center in Sterling silver, recycled Ethiopian brass or 14k yellow gold. The Ethiopian brass is a brighter brassy yellow.
