Lovely hand thrown mug by studio potter David Pritchard when he was at Skye’s Edinbane Pottery from 1980-87. I’ve looked around and not found another of these so I think it’s quite rare. What looks like a chip on the rim is just a natural part of the unique glaze, not damage.
This stunning soft-grey and brown, drip glazed studio pottery vase, is both rustic and relaxed in its appeal and would make a beautiful addition to any vintage or more contemporary space. In an unusual, tapered bottle shape, it was made with great skill by David Pritchard, at Edinbane Pottery on the Isle of Skye, Scotland. We adore its gentle muted palette and textured finish that's both tactile and inviting.
