Come join us at Sharron's ceramic studio in the mid-Blue Mountains NSW for a hands-on DIY ceramic workshop! Round up your friends, family, significant others, or coworkers for a 2 or 3-hour session where we provide the space and guidance for a unique and fun creative experience in the Beautiful Blue Mountains Bushland. We offer individual, pairs, or group sessions for up to 12 people, all customised to fit your creative objectives. Our two-hour workshops are perfect for socialising and getting your hands dirty, while our three-hour technical sessions allow for deeper exploration and experimentation. And for even more fun, you can extend your 2-hour special event to 3 hours for cake-cutting, speeches, and more! FAQs: Enquiry form How do I make payment? Online, or contact us for a payment plan - a single ticket deposit is required to secure your workshop date, if you cancel within 72 hours this is non-refundable but always transferable to another date if available. The cost per person may vary depending on the size of the group. Some items may not include a glazing service, which is optional and can be chosen on the day of the workshop. Refunds are also available if NSW Health restrictions change 72 hours prior to the event. Are there any minimum age requirements to enter the event? Minimum age 10 + years or have a chat with Sharron. What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking in the driveway and off Chapman Parade on the verge. Can I pay by EFT or other methods of payment? Contact Sharron directly via DM or email to make other arrangements. What can I bring to the event? Cost includes all necessary materials and equipment, as well as the use of a kiln for firing. Food and drinks are allowed to be brought, but tea and coffee will be provided. Group bookings may bring their own food and alcohol, with the option to have a grazing platter on a dedicated table if desired. What do I need to bring? Wear old clothes, an apron, and closed-toe shoes. Trim fingernails. What is the refund policy? Customers must provide 14-days notice for cancellations. If notice is given less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited but can be transferred to another workshop date. Same-day tickets are non-refundable; customers are encouraged to find a substitute or purchase a clay kit instead. When will I get my Ceramic pieces? Those attending the workshop can expect to receive their ceramic pieces in between 2-4 weeks, depending on weather conditions. Firing and glazing, if applicable, can take up to 4 weeks due to humidity level and workload. I'm travelling through the Blue Mountains, how can I receive my creations? We offer the option for postal delivery and postage costs will be communicated to you. Customers located locally can pick up their ceramic wares from the designated locker/studio once notified. What is your COVID-19 Policy? S.Mountain Ceramics has a COVID-19 safe policy in place. Please do not attend If you have any Cold/flu-like symptoms.
