Perform these exercises before you begin your work as an actor. ________________________________________________________________________________ EXERCISE 3 - Articulation (Definition: the formation of clear and distinct sounds in speech. Learning Goal - for the student to be able to find a clarity in their speech and to begin building better pronunciation skills. FOCUS - Tongue-Twisters NOTE: This is a warm-up and you should say these lightly, but in a good tempo. Never go faster than you are able to go physically. GOAL: Keep the clarity of each word in the phrase! *********************** Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. That's a peck of pickled peppers that Peter Piper picked.
