2019-20 ANNUAL CATALOG It’s the day we’ve all been waiting for–the 2019-2020 annual catalog is here! I know I personally have been VERY excited for the launch of the Stampin' Up Capture the Good stamp set on page 142. It's not everyday you get to inspire and design a stamp set for Stampin Up!! I have over 60 awesome cards ideas share below from brand new catalog products. I also have a new card swap open for both demonstrators and customers, find out more below.
Today I have another sneak peek of new products debuting on January 5, 2023 in the January - April Stampin' Up! Mini Catalog!
Well it was a busy few weeks getting ready - but my first all-day Elizabeth's Craft Room Retreat went down a storm with my lovely ladies! Apologies for the photo and video heavy post here. We did launch party activities in the morning where I talked through the colour refresh, shared some of my favourite new products and offered my customers the chance to partake of my launch promotion 'Liz's Lovely Launch Loot. If you haven't heard of this before, it is a way of me clearing out my retired, pre-loved Stampin' Up! goodies and my ladies getting free items to take home when they order. I run it like Sale-A-Bration so they pick one retired stamp set for a £45 order or a bundle or two stamp sets for £90. To see a 3 minute video of our day - click here. I always get questions about my display stands. I made them myself using old fashion metal laundry airers and foam board. Unlike commercial velcro boards they are light and I can easily get my cards lined up straight - which makes my brain happy! LOL For my ladies the most ordered item was the Crafting with You bundle, second was the Cheerful Daisies bundle and third and fourth respectively were the Bubble Bath and Lemon Lolly ink pads. Here are some of my favourite display projects - feel free to CASE (copy and share everything!) After a lovely lunch. we made 5 little projects including a reverse colouring Cheerful Daisies card and a new colour sampler. Just for information while almost all my ladies made the other projects only about half made the colour sampler. It is always interesting to note what is popular isn't it? Finally another popular stand was the sign up for my latest fancy folds class featuring the Countryside Inn DSP and 10 fun fold cards. I had so many sign up, I am going to need to squeeze 3 extra tables in my teaching room! And you can teach it too! Find out more about this ready-to-teach class HERE. I hope you had or will have a good launch event - small or large, online or in person - sharing what we love is the best way to build your business and make Stampin' Up! friends for life!

It costs $222.75 (but there is a way that you can get it for JUST $169 and FREE POSTAGE do you want to know how?? Keep Reading....)! Todays Card For todays card, I wanted to mix it up with some of the products from the new catalogue. The stamp set in particular I am using is a stamp that you can't buy - it is only one that you can EARN with Host Rewards. It is called Hand Delivered. I can't wait to see what you all prepare with this stamp set. I paired this with a sheet of the GORGEOUS Designer Series Paper which is available in the 'Gotta Have It All' Bundle and here is the card I ended up with; I started with a Berry Burst card base. I cut the DSP to size to allow for a 3mm border (approx 1/4 inch). I then stamped the image of the girl, the sentiment, the flowers and the board she is holding onto a piece of whisper white. I coloured the flowers and shoes with markers. Next I stamped her skirt onto a piece of Berry Burst and 'fussy cut' and mounted using dimensionals. Finally, I mounted this onto a piece of Berry Burst. OF COURSE I decorated the inside of the card! I had so much fun making this card using some products from the 'Gotta Have It All' bundle and some of the other new products from the 2018/19 Annual Catalogue. Thanks for joining us for this amazing hop today - I know that you are going to be inspired by what the other demonstrators have to say about their experience of Onstage. I need to get rid of some retired stamp sets to make room for more! These are all gently used and include the stamp set in their original package and might have staining (as shown in the photos), but this does not impact the stamped image. Stamps will be shipped in a padded envelope (or box if they fit better). Smoke-free home - but I do have pets. I do combine shipping for multiple items and will reimburse the extra shipping once I know how much it is to ship (as it can vary widely depending on weight). **Disclaimer: Images © 2020-2023 Stampin’ Up! NEW Online Exclusives Printables The new online exclusives are live so once again I have made some printables for those of you who do in-person events and have customers who prefer to shop with you direct. . NEW AND IMPROVED! Thank you to everyone who has suggested improvements. I hope you will like the enhanced version. Firstly as well as prices for the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand NEW by request EUROs - especially for our Dutch and Irish demos who share our English catalogue. No other languages though - this is English only. Secondly you asked for printables with just your local price - not those from other regions. DONE! I have created separate printables for each currency. No muddled customers :) Thirdly I have updated fonts and used a grid system for improved clarity. I have been able to add extra products per sheet without having smaller photos. And finally we have DOUBLE the number of products as in the last release - so you have 11 sheets of printables to cover them all. The video below shows you more, includes a couple of tips about how I use them to generate sales at my in-person events. So - double the number of products and more personalised prints for you - did I double the price? No I didn't. You can get all 11 sheets of printables for just £6.50 - which is about $9 US. If you would like to purchase these printables just £6.50 click below to order and as soon as I see your payment I will email them back to you. If you haven't seen them before, this is how I have designed them: Individual bundles on one page including images, descriptions, item codes (English Language), prices in your local currency Suites over two pages including images, descriptions, item codes (English Language), prices in your local currency Stand Alone Products 3 or 4 per sheet - named these to reflect the products included for easier identification Cleaner view with dark backgrounds removed from images making printing much cheaper for you Printable on A4 & US letter paper Here is a little bit of inspiration from the pre-order goodies I already have. First a trio of projects using the Little Latte bundle. Using Blends over the mugs gave more of a 3D look. These are the Zinnia ones - I particularly like the little die cut flowers which could be overlooked.

LeAnne at the Paper Players has a super fun challenge for everyone this week to add music to their project or create something inspired by your favorite song. Anne Marie was having a busy week, so I have the pleasure of stamping in her place this week. For my card, I decided to use one of my favorite songs, which was also our wedding song 7 years ago, A Moment Like This by Kelly Clarkson. For my card, I used Elements of Style, a stamp set that I have not been a fan of in the past. I thought the sentiment really worked for my idea, so I borrowed it from a friend and gave it a shot. I did have fun coloring it in with my blender pens, so I can say that I like it more now than I did before. :) I'm not sure how well you can see the butterfly, but it is gorgeous in real life. It adds a bit of dimension and interest to the image panel. Our wedding colors were plum and silver, but seeing as how I don't yet own those, I went with a mix of purples and white. I wanted a very clean, somewhat simple card that really said "Us". Stamps: Elements of Style Ink: Pear Pizzazz, Concord Crush, Wisteria Wonder Paper: Wisteria Wonder, Concord Crush, Whisper White Tools/Accessories: Big Shot, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, Beautiful Butterflies die, basic pearls, blender pens Here we are back on March 13, 2004. We had no idea how much our lives would change or that each "moment" might not always be a happy one. In spite of those bad moments, we've stuck together and survived the loss of my mother-in-law, my father-in-law, and our only child. I feel very loved each and every day and I could never find someone who is as perfect for me as my dear Jason. His support and kindness are never ending and I love him with all my heart and soul. I hope you enjoyed my card and didn't laugh too much at my old picture. I'd love for you to play along with us this week!
August Class Projects Was it only me? I didn't notice how gorgeous the Paper Florist Dies were until I started seeing other demos make fantastic things with them! I think it is one of those times when we know why demonstrators are such a key part of the Stampin' Up! business. Anyway fired up with their creativity, I made not only the class project (on the left above), but lots more sample projects to share with my lovely customers and of course with you. You can see more in the video HERE, but if you would like me to design an whole class with these dies - let me know. I will put it on my to-do list. Exclusive for my Ready Set Demo Newsletter Friends When I was planning topics for our recent team retreat day, one subject that was requested was how to plan, schedule and balance our workloads as Stampin' Up! demonstrators. This was a big topic and if there are requests I will put something together for all of you. I have put this short video together for you and you will find the link in your August newsletter. If you are NOT on my newsletter list and would like to join and get this video link - please email me at [email protected] and I will add you and send the video over. I am currently using these tips to keep focussed on designing a new class festive class - hopefully I will get it out to you this month. Oh and I am also off to Las Vegas for BackStage. SOOOO exciting as I have only done BackStage online before. If you are going - come and say hello - I would love to meet you. It's Blog Hop Day! Welcome TO the Trip Achievers Blog Hop! Each month my friends from around the Globe and I bring you projects made with current Stampin' Up! products. We hope to inspire and delight you with what we came up with. Click on all the names near the bottom of the post and you will be taken to their blogs to check out their projects. This month I'm sharing one of THE easiest layouts you can use. This first one is actually the most "stepped up" version, simply because I embossed both layers. Scroll through all the photos to see some variations. I used the Inspirational Sketches stamp set that is in the J-A Mini Catalogue. It's a lovely little set that I have now officially used more than any other so far this catalogue. Why? I LOVE the images! At first I feared I wouldn't use it because it would be a pain to colour ... then I realized it didn't HAVE to be coloured! Check this out ... See? The images are sketch images. (The clue is in the stamp set title, Tamara! Sheesh!) To me, "sketch" means pencil art. Pencils are gray .. so why not stamp them in gray and be done?? You absolutely CAN! In fact, lower down you will see I stamped a note card just on the card base - NO LAYERS! Added a sentiment and some embellishments and DONE! The one above and the next few (as I said) are the "hardest" versions ... but they aren't HARD at all - I simply ran the top layer through and embossing folder after I had stamped it! This is an easy way to make a card LOOK fancier without much added work. You are simply adding texture, which "softens" all the white space on the card base. I fussy cut the sentiment, added twine and sequins, ran the gray layer through the embossing folder, and popped the whole thing up on dimensionals! SO quick and easy! Check out these next two cards. They are made the same way, but these ones don't have the gray layer run through the embossing folder, making them just as lovely but a bit quicker to pull together. This one is made with the "Next Destination" set and Pebbled Path products ... The next two cards are easier still, as the top layer ISN'T run through the embossing folder. This is the perfect card for a beginner stamper or one who is short on time. This one is simply done on a note card. SO quick. SO cute! Here they all are in the four different stages of "difficulty". Note card, no embossing, top layer embossed and both layers embossed. I think this stamp set is one that can easily be overlooked but once you see how quick it can be to use and how lovely the cards turn out you will want it! Used other sentiments (I used Layer Leaves set) to increase the versatility of the set. These images are great for most occasions! Sympathy, Thinking Of You, Birthday, Just Because, Get Well ... Get it! You won't regret it! I showed my viewers how to put make this card during my Monday night live this week. You can watch the replay here: If you would like to join me LIVE for my MCM (Mystery Card Monday) sessions, you can catch me on my FaceBook Page here at 7:00 pm Mountain Time every Monday ... or on my YouTube Channel here at the same time (I stream live to both). Like and Follow my FB Page and/or Subscribe to my YouTube Channel. I'd love to have you - the live community is AMAZING and so much fun! If you live in Canada and would like to purchase any of the items I used for my cards, just click any of the pictures below and you will be taken to my online store. Now hop along to see what my friends have to share with you! Feel free to leave a comment as you go. Thanks for popping in, and have a stampy day! Good Sunday morning, peeps! How's your weekend going? Mine will end on a high note as I will be doing dinner and cocktails with my upstate NY family via Zoom. It's my turn for cocktails so we'll be making a Yule Mule. Their choice for dinner is a Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake. So, on to my card. The In the Moment Stamp Set will be available to customers January 4, 2022, in the Jan-June Mini Catalog. I love this set! My card base is Thick Basic White cardstock. I adhered a panel of Simply Marbelous DSP (available for free with $50 purchase during the Jan-Feb Sale-A-Bration). Next I cut out a Coastal Cabana scalloped circle from the Layering Circles Dies. Then I stamped the image on a scrap of Basic White using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I sponged a bit of Balmy Blue ink to make it look like sky. I colored her dress with Light and Dark Balmy Blue Stampin' Blends. I colored the wine glass with a Merry Merlot Stampin' Write Marker and Light Basic Gray Stampin' Blend. I used Light and Dark Soft Suede Stampin' Blends to color her hair and railing. Her skin is colored with an Ivory Stampin' Blend. The bands around her waist and hat are colored with a Light Night of Navy Stampin' Blend. The sentiment is stamped with Bermuda Bay ink on scrap Basic White and cut out with a die from the Stitched So Sweetly Die Set. I adhered the image and sentiment to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. Three Garden Gems finished the front. For the inside, I had a little "oopsie"...little did I realize I had stuck my hand in the ink and had very noticeable smudges on the left part of the card. So, I covered it with a panel of Sunshine & Rainbows DSP, also from the upcoming for Sale-A-Bration. I had already stamped the sentiment and added a strip of the Simply Marbelous DSP at the bottom. It looked rather odd having two different patterns so I cut a 1/2" strip of the matching Sunshine & Rainbows pattern and adhered. I used Bermuda Bay to sponge the inside as the white was too bright for my taste. Thank you for stopping by today and let me know if you tried the recipes I linked. I did a trial run for the Yule Mule and it was VERY refreshing! I'll let you know tomorrow how dinner went. You DO care, don't you? LOL!!
Oh goodness, I just played with a new suite of products and didn’t want to quit… This Majestically Made DSP is just beautiful: love the colors and the variety of patterns. And the Majes…
