Happy Friday friends! Just Add Ink have a brand new challenge and Kelly has suggested for this one we add "Lines" to our projects...This is a very simple and fun one! I'd just received my lovely new "Delivering Cheer" stamp set and decided it was perfect for inking and colouring on this one. I've used a combination of Stampin Blends in Ivory & bronze (skintone) and Flirty flamingo-Fresh Freesia-Mint Macaron-Evening Evergreen for the parcels and dress and layered it on a diecut from the Layering Hugs dies. The dsp is from the Hand-Penned dsp and l've added a couple of Be Dazzling hearts for some sparkle. The "Hugs" is diecut from the Layering Hugs dies also and coloured with Evening Evergreen & Soft Succulent Stampin Blends. The design team have some lovely "Line" projects to share, so make sure you click the link above and pop over for a peek at those! Thanks for stopping by! All supplies used are Stampin Up!

Hello there and Happy October to you! I’m thrilled to be blog hopping today with the Positive Inkers Global Design Team. We are a group of Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators from around the globe who are super-excited to share our love of creativity. I’m so happy you stopped by today! If this is the fist time you are visiting, please let me introduce myself. My name is Anne Marie Hile and I live in San Antonio, Texas. Welcome! Our theme this month is a fabulous Color Challenge: *I’ve listed all of the measurements and details for my cards below and there is a full supply list at the very end of this post. I know I’m probably not alone when the first thing that popped into my head with these colors was a holiday card. I decided to pull out my Delivering Cheer stamp set to really make these colors come to life. I was talking to a friend tonight about the card I created and she asked about the stamp set. I replied “I used the the headless set.” To which she replied that calling it the “hidden head set" might be a better reference point. Haha! So here we are. I stamped the image and colored it with Stampin’ Blends. The wrap for the flowers is colored in Crumb Cake Blends lightened up a bit using the Color Lifter marker which made it resemble Sahara Sand a little more. I also added some Shimmery Crystal Effects to those sassy boots because footwear is always more fun when it is shiny AND sparkly! I also decided to use one of the wreaths from the Seasonal Swirls Dies as accent pieces. I happened to have a die cut wreath sitting on my desk in a color that didn’t coordinate but once I cut it apart, I knew it would be a fun way to introduce more Sahara Sand to the card. I also sponged some Sahara Sand ink around the edges of the cut “sprigs” and then added sparkle with Clear Wink of Stella. A little sparkle is always a good thing, right? Then, I popped on a trio of Wonderful Gems around the sentiment to add some extra detail. The Freaky theme this month is New Catalog Goodies - so that leaves it wide open for us to choose! If you just landed here from Tami's blog, Swimming In Stamps, welcome! There are six of us on this hop, so it won't take long but WILL be fun! I settled on a few stamp sets, but stuck with two main colors for all three cards; Pale Papaya and Basic Black. The first card features Sunny Sentiments and Flowers of Friendship. I stamped the flowers on Pale Papaya and colored them with Stampin' Blends to deepen the color. The doily background is one of the Encircled in Beauty Dies - I just love 'em! I added subtle polka dots with a mask and Blending Brush, and a Brick & Mortar background highlighting some of the bricks with Pale Papaya and a sponge dauber. The next card features another Encircled in Beauty die, and the coordinating stamp set Encircled in Friendship. The 2021-2023 In Color DSP makes a pretty background, doesn't it? Some black twine from the baker's Twine Essentials Pack and a few sequins from the Artistry Blooms sequin pack finished the card. The last card starts with a Pearlescent Specialty Paper background die cut with the Stitched greenery Die. I colored a square vellum doily with the dark Pale Papaya Stampin' Blend (carefully!) and added the Tailor Made Tag stamped with another of the Sunny Sentiments. A Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon bow and some Loose Flower Flourishes were the finishers for this card! That's all from me. Up next is the always fabulous Wendy, at Wickedly Wonderful Creations.
My projects feature the Art in Bloom bundle which consists of the Art in Bloom stamp set and Bloom Hybrid Embossing Folder

Here is the third new 2021-2023 in colour called Pale Papaya. Pale Papaya is a light orange shade that fits more with the oranges than I have shown in the comparison above. To showcase Pale Papaya I have again used the Colour & Contour stamp set and dies bundle. I used the scallop border dies to cut the edge of a piece of 2021-2023 In Colour DSP. This was mounted on a Thick Basic White card base. I stamped a greeting from the Etched in Nature stamp set in Pale Papaya. I stamped and die cut the daisy image three times and arranged them on the front of the card. Before I attached the flowers I wrapped a piece of the Open Weave Ribbon around the card front. I will be back tomorrow with the fourth new In Colour - Evening Evergreen. Thanks for visiting, Rachel

Hello stampers and happy Friday to you. In the Moment is a brand new stamp set that feels like it was made just for me. Perhaps you will feel the same way when you see it. It resonated so strongly with me that I was inspired to create a class around it, and not just any class. Are you curious? In The Moment Day Away Class The images are all of a woman with curly hair. She is either drinking wine, reading a book or sipping a coffee looking out the window. Does that sound like me?? Not

Hi, I have been playing with the Delicate Petals Bundle (#156258) again. I stamped the detailed circle on the Basic White card (#159228) using Crumb Cake ink (#147116). To stamped this I cut the white card 9.5cm x 9.5cm and placed it on the Stamparatus (#148187) as shown below. I have a piece of the grid paper marked with a square and diamond the same size as the card. Place the card on the square then place the stamp in position as shown. Stamp the image, then turn the card and stamp again. Do this on all 4 sides. To complete the circle I then moved the card to the “diamond” shape. As the image is larger than the gap in between the stamped image, I used the masking method. To do this I stamped a post-it-note and cut this around the edge of the image and cut this in half. I placed the stamped post-it-note over 2 of the stamped images, then stamped again on the card. The post-it-note stops the image being stamped over and only stamps the unmasked area. The petals and flowers were cut with Pretty Peacock card (#150886) and Gold Foil Sheet (#132622). I attached the Gold Trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack (#152475) before attaching the petals to the card. The Pretty Peacock petals were attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683) and the Gold Foil flower was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). “Happy” is from the Well Said stamp set (#148796) and stamped with Pretty Peacock ink (#150083). I attached a piece of Pretty Peacock card to the Foam Adhesive Sheets (#152815). This is double sided adhesive foam which you can cut with open dies and so I cut “birthday” using a die from the Well Written Dies (#151816). This has adhesive on the back so makes it easy to attach to the card. I coloured 3 Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220) using the Pretty Peacock Stampin Blends (#154895) before adding to the card. Remember you can colour your embellishments with Stampin’ Blends to co-ordinate with the colours on your card. Have a great day!! “Love what you do and share what you love.” lesleyjendra.stampinup.net [email protected]
