Hello stamping friends, I have another sneak peek to share with you from the 2024-2025 Annual catalogue. As a demonstrstor we have access to preorders from new upcoming catalogues. When I first saw the Country Flowers Bundle, I knew it was one that I would love. The stamp set includes two different containers, three foliage and flower stamps, a stool and five greetings. For this card I stamped the front pail and flowers first. I created a mask for the pail and then stamped the stool and the teapot and flowers. I stamped the stool again on a piece of woodgrain card stock from the Country Woods DSP and fussy cut it out. I trimmed the stool so that it would fit behind the front pail. I coloured the image with my Blends Markers and cut out the image with a Deckled Rectangle Die. Happy Easter stamping friends, be sure to pop back soon for more peeks from the new catalogue. If you live in Australia and do not already have a demo, contact me and I can send you your own catalogue as soon as it's available. Happy stamping, Rachel

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I'm introducing the cards we'll be making at my in-person card classes coming up next week. You'll make 3 beautiful cards and the cost is $20, which includes envelopes and printed instructions. All you need to bring are your scissors and favorite adhesives. The schedule is as follows: Thursday, June 23rd 12:00 Thursday, June 23rd 5:00 Sunday, June 26th 2:00 Now let's take a look at the cards you'll make. This first card is made with the Texture Chic Suite and Delicate Edges dies. The Suite includes the beautiful Texture Chic Designer Series Paper, Season of Chic Bundle, and the beautiful Distressed Gold Specialty paper. The price of the whole Suite is just $77.50 plus shipping and taxes. I will post a card I made using the Distressed Gold paper at the bottom of the post. Next is the cute Wild and Sweet card with the panda. He looks so peaceful. The third card introduces the beautiful Willow Tree bundle and I used the Texture Chic Designer Series Paper, again, for the background and the Fabulous Frames dies for the frame. I hope you like these cards and live in the Tallahassee, Florida area. I would love to have you attend my classes. Below is the card made with the Distressed Gold paper and also the Willow Dies. Also, I have entered the card below in a card competition sponsored by Kylie Bertucci, and I would appreciate it if you would take a minute to go over to my blog and vote for it. There's only a few more hours left to vote. Just click on the picture of the card below. Details for making this card are also on my blog. Thanks so much. Contact Me! Shop Here! My Artisan Design Team have been creating with the Online Exclusive Bundle, Encircled in Nature. Wintery feeling cards. Available online.
Played about a bit with some offcuts, a few pieces of linen textured card and some dies. Result was a batch of CAS cards which always go down well as ' buy and keep them 'cos you'll never know when I'll need one'! Sharing on this post two cards very similar and some inky fingers.... actually I managed to keep myself very clean for a change as normally once the inks are out I have a mad desire to go all grungy and start slapping paint and ink on canvas but the mojo wouldn't switch on to anything fussy and fancy for some unknown reason - perhaps it's pre holiday blues!! I like this blossom die a lot and have used it on several cards. This is the first time though that I tried shading properly with Distress Inks. I used Chipped Sapphire, Broken China and Tumbled Glass and sponged across a piece of textured card. Cut out the die twice and cut out some small squares. Overlapped all the squares, and then put the dies on sticking them at the bottom only so they kind of 'waft about'! Added a teeny piece of hand dyed ragged seam binding tied into a knot and 3 pearls on the bottom square and then layered it all up onto the card with 3d foam pads. I left it sentiment free - might add one but can't make my mind up! Second card was made using up the left over bits from the first! Just cut out the die blossom from a piece of white card and then layered it onto the inked up left over before mounting it onto a white card . Simple sentiment inked in Chipped Sapphire and a couple more blue pearls! Challenges - Pixie's Playground - Snippets Sweet Stamping - Got the Blues Bloggers - To Die For 613 Avenue Create - Anything Goes Bunny Zoes - Something Blue Crazy 4 Challenges - Flowers & Pearls Will see if these get taken - quite enjoyed doing them so if they get re-housed by one of my ladies then I know that I can use all my bits up! Quite a nice day here so far - much cooler but dry and there's even some blue sky in between the large white clouds! Have a great day whatever you're doing and thanks for sticking with me to the bottom of this rambling post!! x

Thanks for being with me during my YouTube presentation last night. I showcased three live projects using the Magnolia Mood Bundle. In case you couldn't catch it live, feel free to check out the replay below. The initial card features a distinctive die-cut window adorned with a stunning die-cut and watercolored magnolia, perfect for a birthday celebration. Utilizing the same bundle, the second card introduces an extra element to the background. I created a stamped background by directly coloring the stamp with Stampin' Write Markers. Following that, I embossed it with the Basics Embossing Folder for added texture. Every week,

Our daughter has been a high school teacher for fifteen years, and during that time has continued her education, including two Masters degrees - one in Education and Learning, and one in Mathematics Education. She is a year away from receiving her PhD in Leadership with a Mathematics Specialization (busy writing her dissertation now). She was just offered, and accepted, a position as a Mathematics Professor at a private college! No more dealing with smelly, mouthy teenagers, lol. Needless to say, we are so very proud of her. Her love of learning and love of teaching were evident from a very early age. I remember her lining up her stuffed animals and dolls and playing school when she was very young, and it warms my heart to see her following her passion and excelling at it! I made this card for her using the new Everyday Details bundle coming January 4th, along with an embossing folder from Sale-A-Bration. Her favorite colors are green and yellow, so.... Mossy Meadow and Granny Apple Green along with Lemon Lolly and Daffodil Delight were the chosen colors.

Card tutorials, craft tips, and Stampin' Up products
HAPPY NEW YEAR, everyone! I am looking forward to 2024, and hope you are, too. After a little break, we're back with weekly blog hops, showcasing Stampin' Up!'s colours in alphabetical order. This week our focus is on Mossy Meadow. I have made a card with the new Lovely & Sweet bundle, and Nature's Sweetness Designer Series Paper, that will be available to purchase from tomorrow. I was able to pre-order these products before going on holiday over Christmas, so they were waiting for me to play with on my return. This is the colour combination I chose, for my sympathy card: The main floral spray is from the Nature's Sweetness DSP. I used a co-ordinating Lovely & Sweet Die to cut it out. The leaves to the right of the main floral spray were also cut from the DSP, but using a die from the new Notes of Nature Die set. The leaves and flowers are those of an almond tree, but I have used creative licence in the colours used, to keep it simple and elegant. I used Stampin' Blends markers in Mossy Meadow to colour the leaves, and Soft Sea Foam for the almonds/seed pods (as I'm calling them, for the purpose of this card!). I fussy-cut two flowers from another part of the patterned paper, and added them to my die-cut piece using Stampin' Dimensionals. The flower centres are Iridescent Pearls, coloured with the Dark Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blends marker. After embossing a strip of Basic White card with the Elegant Eucalyptus 3D embossing folder, I adhered it to a panel of gold and white patterned paper on a Thick Basic White card base. The sentiment was gold heat-embossed on a piece of Soft Sea Foam card, and cut out using a Lovely & Sweet label die. Here's a closer look at the delicate floral/leafy clusters I created. The tiny white flowers, Soft Sea Foam sprigs, and gold DSP leaves were all cut out using Lovely & Sweet Dies. The Mossy Meadow leafy sprigs were cut using a Notes of Nature Die. Smaller Iridescent Pearls, coloured with my Dark Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blends marker, were used as centres for the tiny white flowers. Next up on tonight's blog hop is Catherine Proctor: On her blog, Cathy has a full list of participants in this week's blog hop, as she does for every Colour Creations blog hop that she co-ordinates for us. Because the new products don't launch until tomorrow, I can't yet link to them in my online store. I have, however, listed below the current Stampin' Up! products used on my card. If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below. While I had these supplies out, I made a second card. I'll share it on my blog tomorrow. :) Product List Basic White A4 Thick Cardstock [159230] $15.75 Mossy Meadow A4 Cardstock [133683] $17.50 Soft Sea Foam A4 Cardstock [147012] $17.50 Basic White A4 Cardstock [159228] $18.50 Versamark Pad [102283] $16.75 Metallics Embossing Powders [155555] $32.00 Heat Tool [129056] $54.00 Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blends Combo Pack [154890] $17.50 Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends Combo Pack [154902] $17.50 Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine [149653] $223.00 Elegant Eucalyptus 3 D Embossing Folders [159170] $19.25 Paper Snips [103579] $19.25 Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels [158987] $13.25 Stampin' Dimensionals [104430] $7.50 Multipurpose Liquid Glue [110755] $9.75
