Learn some interesting things about the Impressionist Artists without getting to bogged down in technical artistic language. This focuses more on their lives than analysing their paintings, although I give plenty of my own opinions.

*all images via Traditional Home This might be one of my favorite home tours I've ever laid eyes upon. Oh, do I say that a lot?! :) Really though, from the perfectly placed yet subtle stripes, shabby chic furniture touches, cozy feeling and bold wallpaper in that gorgeous dining room, I love every ounce of it. I don't think I'll be alone when I say I could spend the rest of my days in that white master suite. You know why it works for me? Even thought the space is primarily white, it has breaths of that light dove gray, striped wallpaper which helps draw your eye up and give the wall some interest, and the beautiful textures of the bed are luxurious and comfortable. Yes please! Who wants to vacation to this adorable Carolina home with me?! We can have girl talk on that cute porch:) What's your favorite element of the home? xoxo PS. My heart is so sad for the tragedy that took place in Boston. This world is a cruel, disheartening place sometimes, but in the midst of things, God is bigger. And better. My prayers are with those who experienced loss and pain, and with the whole city of Boston.
