Odeon, the scenographic ceiling light designed by the artist Lorenza Bozzoli, brings to mind the glories of Art Deco and its opulent architecture in stark contrast with the austerity of the post-war period. Odeon pays homage to the theatre, the dramatic arts, and joie de vivre, and is available in two sizes, with a diameter of 65 or 100 cm, with concentric crowns of coupled metallic Goldflex and Lentiflex, a glasslike, rippling technopolymer. The lamp is shipped fully assembled in protective wood packaging, and is easily installed. The bulbs can be replaced autonomously.Light source:CEILING 100Bulbs E27: 12 X 12W LED Filament / + 1 X 6.5 W LED SpotDimmable with: Dimmable bulbsCEILING 65Bulbs E27: 6 X 12W LED Filament / + 1 X 6.5 W LED SpotDimmable with: Dimmable bulbs

Golden gown inspired by British Golden Age fashion. The late years of Elizabeth's I rule, the edge of XVI and XVII century with all its splendor and glory is a really beautiful period. The costume consists of the dense cotton burgundy petticoat and golden overdress. The overdress has tight corsetted bodice with solid boning and closes on back. Puffy organza sleeves are decorated with golden trims. They have cotton batiste lining to feel comfortable while wearing. The bodice is decorated by sewn-on fake-pearl beads. The white 'wings' is a decorative part not suitable for active movement or dancing and is sold separately. The gown is available in other colours, the dress can be made after your size with individual measurements. Any design changes are possible for custom orders. This week, going through Coldwater, Michigan, I noticed a poster in a store window with information about the restoration of an old opera house. We noticed the building down a side street and checked it out. The exterior of the Second Empire building had been bricked up many years ago and was now stripped down to the original design, what was left of it. I was puzzled that the tower still remained, albeit sans slate, but when checking out their website site later, found that it had been rebuilt and put on with a crane. There was actually a theater production going on inside and it appears that the city of Coldwater will have it's theater restored with nearly a million dollars in contributions. For information on this remarkable achievment see their website here: www.tibbits.org/history.htm www.tibbits.org/restoration.htm en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tibbits_Opera_House

Details: Condition: New, Handmade in Greece Height on marble base: 3.8"(9.5cm) Height of the head: 1.8"(4.7cm) Weight: 75g Material: Sterling Silver HYGIEIA GODDESS OF HEALTH - SILVER MINI BUST ON MARBLE BASE In Greek as well as Roman mythology, Hygieia, was one of the Asclepiadae; the sons and daughters of the god of medicine, Asclepius, and his wife Epione. Hygieia was the goddess/personification of health, cleanliness and hygiene. Hygieia and her four sisters each performed a facet of Apollo's art: Hygieia (health, cleanliness, and sanitation); Panacea (universal remedy); Iaso (recuperation from illness); Aceso (the healing process); and Aglaïa (beauty, splendor, glory, magnificence, and adornment). Hygieia also played an important part in her father's cult. While her father was more directly associated with healing, she was associated with the prevention of sickness and the continuation of good health. Her name is the source of the word "hygiene". Hygieia was imported by the Romans as the goddess Valetudo, the goddess of personal health, but in time she started to be increasingly identified with the ancient Italian goddess of social welfare, Salus. The head is crafted with extra care in 925 Sterling Silver. A perfect anniversary gift idea for your beloved one. It was made in Greece, stands 3.8 inches high and weighs approximately 75 g(502)
