The masked faces of the figures bring a sense of mystery to the painting as well. Federica Ravizza was born in Gallarte, a small town not far from Milan, Italy, in 1947. She began her art studies under the tutorship of Professor Bassini in Milan. In 1964 she made her first public debut with an exhibition in Milan. She also studied at the Storia del Arte under the guidance of Professor Zametti. The artist’s works are included in the permanent collections of most of the foremost museums of Europe. Her clientele includes many noted private collectors both in Europe and in the United States.
