I had the time of my life in Venice, being utterly bedazzled by the parade of costumed people celebrating the Carnival of Venice. Come for the experience!!

The Carnival of Venice is an annual festival held in Venice, Italy. The carnival ends with the Christian celebration of Lent, forty days before Easter, on Shrove Tuesday, the day before Ash Wednesday. The festival is world-famous for its elaborate masks. This mask is striking in its vibrant colors. I have attended the Venice on two trips precisely for capturing these incredible costumes with my lens. There is an early morning photo session held at d awn just for photographers and this is where I found most of my most impressive costumes in striking poses against the ancient Venetian architecture. This photo comes in a variety of standard sizes and is printed on archival paper.
