Doe er de sojascheuten bij en laat een paar seconden meebakken. Haal alles uit de pan.Verhit telkens wat olie en bak dunne pannenkoekjes met het beslag. Beweeg tijdens het bakken de pan heen en weer zodat ze niet aan de bodem gaan kleven. Hou warm.Serveren:Verdeel er de scampi en de sojascheuten over en vouw dicht. Serveer met de vinaigrette en het slaatje.Tip van Quyen: Je kan de pannenkoekjes ook serveren met geweekte velletjes rijstpapier.
