If washing in the machine for the first time, please wash separately or with like colours and use gentle detergent. Some dyes may bleed the first few washings but shouldn’t affect the colour of the textile. Lay flat or line dry, iron if needed.

Download knitting pattern, with full row by row instructions, chart and photos. My own unique intarsia design, cute little hedgehog on a bottle cover. An easy knit if you’re new to intarsia knitting. This has been designed for a standard 2 litre bottle cover. This is knitted with chunky/bulky weight yarn. Tension: 14 stitches x 20 rows= 4 inches/10 cm. on 6 mm/no.10 knitting needles. You will need one 100g ball of standard chunky/bulky weight yarn for the bottle cover, I've used Stylecraft Special Chunky in a lovely warm orange called Spice. For the hedgehog prickles you will need a little tweedy or brown yarn, (full yarn details are in the pattern) For the face, and legs, a little beige or light brown shade of yarn is needed. There is a little hand sewing, after knitting, for the eye nose and mouth, which you will need a very small piece of black or dark coloured yarn for, and also the little ear and legs are hand sewn on, with a little beige or light brown shade of yarn.. Construction: This pattern is knitted flat, on straight needles, mostly all in one piece apart for the small section at the back that forms the envelope opening, and the ribbed funnel, and then it folds into place to sew the side seams.

These sacred waters are coloured red from tannins released by the Tea Tree leaves falling from the surrounding trees. Ella and I could immediately feel the pulse when we walked in; the energy there is overwhelming. Having never visited before, I’ve since been learning more about these lakes and the power in those waters. In an effort to give back to a place so special I have decided to donate 25% of proceeds to the Gunawirra Organization. Donations help to directly improve the lives of traumatised Indigenous mothers and children.

It's nice to see if a second version has a fresher quality than the first. In this case, I don't think it really happened. There are things I like, and don't like, in both. The clouds are better in the first version, but I think the horizontal shadow in the foreground is too strong. I like the color in foreground of the second as well as the softer, lighter value. I think I'll crop the bottom of the second so there's not quite so much real estate down there.
