I hate that moment when you're tired and sleepy but as soon as you go to bed, your body is like "Just Kidding" This fits me. I can go to sleep sitting in my chair then when I go to bed I am wide awake. lol Oh yes bad night ahead. I use music quiet soothing and finally relax after I say my prayers. Just like me that, I wish for one day i could be PAIN FREE,and have a full night's sleep. That happens to me pretty often. Gets me frustrated. I always had trouble sleeping since I was a child. I know the feeling would this one. Go get some sleep thats all you need right now. Let's hope you have a good night's sleep tonight. I would like to be able to say that I had the recomended hours sleep.
