(www.nwtrek.org) Wolverine Kit at Northwest Trek in Eatonville, Washington. Wolverine births are fairly rare in captivity, only 10 accredited zoos (NW trek included) exhibit the species. A Kit was born at Trek on Valentines Day 06- the only Wolverine birth in an American "zoo" that year. But this achievement was followed up in March 2007 by three more births, this being one of them at about 3 months old. I've been trying to get a decent shot of their older sister for a while now, but the Wolverines (even the adults) are always running around.
