This is included in the Authors Planner!!! Please do not get it if you get the whole planner... https://www.etsy.com/listing/467068929/authors-planner-22-page-author-planner Oh my gosh, how crazy is this? You are getting ready to (finally) write your book and want to have some kind of way to brainstorm ideas, plot out chapters and get all of your thoughts in one single place! I started this worksheet when I was scoping out my “Big, Real Book” that would be a cornerstone of my business. I knew that this was going to take some real thinking and planning and I wanted to let it stew a bit on paper before I started writing it! This Writing A Book Worksheet is for you if you refuse to give up on your dream of writing your first book (or your fiftieth book!) >> Please note that this really only works if you have a super clear idea about your book and are ready to scope it out. I had a gal get it who was in the really early stages and it didn't really help her get started. This one is if you have "so many ideas" and need to get organized in your head! INCLUDES • Book Ideas - Here is where you should have a hodge-podge mashup of any idea that pops into your head about your book. I usually wind up with a few of these as I go. The squares at the side are to note whether you have used the idea, started it somewhere or it is still open. • Working Title / Chapter Ideas - Here is where you will start breaking down your ideas into possible chapters of your book! Do not stress out about getting these in order now, you can do that later by moving your chapter pages around. For now, just start breaking your ideas into some kind of hierarchy. There are 5 checkboxes for each chapter, use these to plot out the main themes or scenes of the chapter. • Chapter Page - This where the rubber meets the road. Here you take each of your chapter ideas and start breaking them into smaller parts that you can write out! There is a place to put characters (if you are writing a novel) or ideas (if you are writing non-fiction). Also there is a reminder to show how this chapter is relating to the previous and next chapters. • Brainstorming Book Titles - This is a great place to store all the book title ideas that pop into your head! • Chapter Order - You will probably change this one a bunch as your book develops, but it is handy to have one place where you can see all your chapters in some kind of order! I left the chapter blank so you can just white out the chapter numbers instead of having to rewrite the chapter titles over and over! DIGITAL PRODUCT This standard sized paper listing is an instant download, digital product that you can start using right now! There will be no physical product shipped. LISTING DETAILS Getting Started Sheet - There is a getting started sheet so you don't have to guess how to use the system. You will receive 1 PDF printable file that you print and start working with immediately. Video extras - There is a link at the bottom of each of the forms to a video showing how I use mine. DIY, NOTHING FANCY NEEDED Works well in ARC disc system planners from Staples or in a letter-sized three ring binder. COPYRIGHT All materials for download are the property of Tara L.
