네덜란드에서 디자이너로 일하는 류지현씨는 Saving Food form the Fridge라는 프로젝트를 하고있습니다. 그녀는 냉장고에 대한 맹신에서 음식과 환경 그리고 사람들의 관계를 되돌리고 싶어합니다. 그녀가 이 프로젝트를 시작하게 된 이유는 두 가지가 있습니다. 첫째는 사람들이 냉장고를 사용하게 되면서 냉장고만 믿고 보관된 음식을 잊어버리는 일이 많아졌다고 합니다. 이렇게 잊혀진 음식은 결국 버려져 유럽 내 음식물 쓰레기의 30%를 차지한다고 하는데요, 낭비와 환경 오염 두 가지 측면에서 큰 환경적 문제를 야기하고 있어 잊혀져서 버려지는 음식이 많아지는 현실이 안타까웠다고 합니다. 두 번째는 냉장고를 맹신한 나머지 점점 잊혀져가고 있는 음식과 식재료의 고유한 보관법을 공유하고싶었다고 합니다. 각각..
