Quick & Easy SOAP Note. SOAP NOTE Keeping up the documentation has never been my favorite part of our job. But I do enjoy knowing how well my kids are doing on their goals. It helps me drive the best therapy for them. I created this SOAP note to help me track data quickly and know exactly what goals my kids are working on. I love being able to just check the boxes for the trials to quickly figure out the accuracy of each goal. I also love being able to quickly jot what I need to target in the next therapy session.
