To achieve the best results, we recommend priming and sanding the vent cover with 180 grits before painting. ** Please be aware that the sizes listed refer to the inner dimensions of each hole, not the overall size of the vent cover. All sizes are based on duct sizes and include a 1-inch border around the opening. For example, a 4"x8" duct will have an overall size of 6"x10". ** When it comes to installation, there are several options available. You can nail the vent cover to the wall using a pneumatic nail gun or simply drive small nails with a hammer. Alternatively, you can drill holes and attach the vent cover using screws, following the same hole locations as your old vent to ensure a precise fit.
