I know this sounds a little crazy but I can guarantee you the narcissist knows everything about your personal life and tracks you - maybe it’s “just” stalking your social media, maybe it’s a lot more! You need to protect yourself digitally. Change ALL of your passwords, even the one on that Facebook account you never use. Get your phone and laptop checked for tracking software and have it removed or get all new devices. 🤯 I know, yet another insane expense incurred when dealing with a narcissist! And finally, if you are still residing in the same home you lived in with the narcissist, have it checked for bugs - audio and video surveillance! More than half of my clients have found bugs where their ex was hearing conversations to lawyers, or tracking when my clients were coming, going, or who they were hanging out with.
