iNGREDIENTS -500g Chicken strips MARINATION: -1 cup ButterMilk -Salt to taste -1 tbsp black pepper -1 tbsp garlic powder -1 tbsp smoked paprika -1 tsp Thyme -1 egg beaten Oil for frying DRY MIXTURE: -1.5 cups all purpose flour -Same seasoning as above SAUCE: -1-2 tbsp butter -1-2 tbsp soy sauce -1/2 cup raw honey -2-3 garlic cloves (minced) METHOD - In a bowl, add the seasonings and egg in the milk and marinate the chicken in it for at least 20 mins. - In another bowl prepare the dry mixture with the seasonings. - Double coat the chicken and deep fry until golden brown. - Prepare sauce by sautΓ©ing the garlic in butter and then adding in honey and soy sauce. - Toss in the chicken and enjoy!
