Join the Hello Spring quilt along HERE! The Hello Spring quilt was designed in honor of my best friend of 35 years, Shelby. Her nickname growing up was "bug" which is short for ladybug. I've been wanting to design something ladybug themed because of that for awhile now. Since the theme is so meaningful to me, it was especially important that I was 110% happy with the design before turning it into a pattern. I truly could not be more happier with how it turned out. I know Shelby is a fan of it too! Also, fun fact, Shelby has been filling Pen + Paper orders for me for the last two years. If you've purchased a printed copy of one of my patterns, she's the one who filled it! Having an almost weekly excuse to hang out while we fill orders has been pretty great. Work is exponentially more enjoyable when you get to do it with your bff 💛 Another fun fact, I added the Flower block to the design because flowers are one of my favorite things in the entire world.
