This garland is made with 11" strips of patriotic fabric and burlap. Fabric consists of red star fabric, white star fabric, blue polka dots, stripes/stars, blue stripes and solid red fabric. Burlap consists of solid red, white and natural burlap. All hangs from a thick jute rope. Beautiful for any doorway, window, stair rail, table or mantel.
