HOW TO ORDER Choose shot glasses quantity and style (clear or frosted) from first drop-down menu, and print color from second menu. Only one print color allowed per order. If you would like more than one print color, separate orders must be placed for each print color wanted. QUANTITY TIP: Due to price breaks in higher quantities, if you think you might need some extras in case of delayed RSVPs (or maybe you just want to keep some for yourself), we highly recommend ordering the next quantity up, as it will be cheaper that way. If you wait to order more after your original order has been produced and/or shipped, you will need to place a new order at the smaller quantity price point you’re reordering. By ordering more together ahead of time, you will be taking advantage of the smaller price per unit at the higher quantity bracket. If you do not want a date on them, please still let us know when you need them by, so we can note the order and make sure we can get them to you on time. • Additional text, hashtag, location, etc., if needed and/or wanted. • Any special instructions you might have. If any required personalization info is either incomplete or missing from the personalization field or order notes, and it was also not sent to us after, we will contact you for clarification and your order will be on hold until we hear back from you. If your order is significantly delayed because of incomplete and/or missing information, and we do not hear back from you in a timely manner, resulting in changes in ship date, this information will be updated on Etsy, and you will receive a notification with your new ship date. GRAMMAR TIP: For designs with last names in plural form, the same rule used for most nouns applies: They typically get formed by adding “-s” at the end (e.g. “The Smiths” - no apostrophe). Except, that is, if the name already ends in s or z (“Davis” or “Rodriguez”). Then the plural is formed by adding “-es” at the end (“The Davises” or “Rodriguezes” - also no apostrophe). Apostrophes are only used when referring to possession (e.g. “The Smiths’ Wedding”, “Brittany’s Big Day”), and therefore, wrong in this context. If you’re not sure, feel free to ask us and we will let you know what the correct format is. If you don’t like how the last name looks like in plural form, and you would prefer something else instead (“Mr & Mrs Smith”, or maybe just “Smith”, for example, or anything else), just let us know and we will take care of it for you :) DIGITAL SAMPLE: You will receive an Etsy message from us with your artwork proof for approval within 5 business days. During busy times, this time frame may increase to up to 10 business days (2 weeks), but please don’t worry, as your estimated delivery date will remain the same as it was when your order was first placed, regardless of when your sample is sent, as we hold your place “in line” until it is (unless sample is significantly delayed because of missing information from in order. Please check your Etsy inbox for messages during this period. Don’t just wait for an email notification from Etsy letting you know you have a message from us, but actually check your Etsy inbox, as very often, those will end up in your spam folder. Please note that you will also need to reply from your Etsy inbox, and not straight from your email provider's inbox, as we will not receive your message that way. Please also make sure you are signed in your Etsy account when placing your order (or sign up if you don’t have one yet), as if your order is placed “as a guest”, you might not receive our messages for mock-up approval at all, which may delay your order. We cannot send your items to production until your design is approved. If we do not receive a reply from you with design approval within 5 business days of us emailing you digital sample, your order might be delayed and/or need to be canceled if too much time has gone by. If sample approval is significantly delayed, resulting in changes in ship date, this information will be updated on Etsy, and you will receive a notification with your new ship date. You can make any revisions to your sample during this time. If you need to make any changes to your design, please make sure to do so before your sample is approved. Once sample is approved, we cannot guarantee further changes as your items will already have been sent to production. In the event that changes are still possible, additional fees may apply (depending on the current production stage of your items). When reviewing your digital sample, please make sure to double check for any mistakes we might have made on our end (such as wrong spelling, wrong date, colors, etc.). Let us know if something is not right, and we will revise it for you and send you an updated mock-up for approval. While these mistakes are not common, we are human, and they might happen from time to time. If your order is approved with a mistake we made, and this was not corrected by you before approving it, unless we catch it in time, your items will be produced and shipped to you exactly as in sample approved. If this happens, we do offer 20% off the regular price if you would like to place your order again with corrected information, however, your original order will not be eligible for a replacement and/or refund.
