This early 1970's Cream Wedding Dress is very beautiful, highlighting the charm of the female neck with exquisite lace details. The dress is adorned with lace on the neck and shoulders, waist and bottom hem area. It has long chiffon sleeves which gather at the wrist. The long train is chiffon with beautiful lace work towards the bottom and ruffled chiffon that adds a timeless elegance to the dress. Made in the US, #10510. It has an International Ladies Garment Workers Union Tag. UNION LABELS ILGWU RED, WHITE & BLUE ERA: 1974 to 1995 (#1996536) This gorgeous dress has a fitted waist that is adorned with lace. The long skirt has a gently flowing silhouette. The back closure is a long zipper with hook and eye closures at the waist area. The hook and eye at the back of the neck is missing but can easily be replaced. The size is believed to be a 12US. A small veil piece which matches the dress is included. It could be used to make a matching veil for the dress. The seam that joins the bottom lace (in the back of the dress) has come apart (Photo 9) but can be easily sewn together.
