I've found that implementing ticket rewards for chores, good behavior, and goals met at school has been a game changer. I have printed and laminated so my kids can make goals and earn tickets to redeem for rewards. I keep track of their earned tickets and lost tickets using a spreadsheet, and at the end of the week, I hand out the tickets they earned for the week. I purchased my tickets off Amazon for $5.99.
