Track all of your student's data on ONE sheet! Yes, ONE sheet! I’ve been using data sheets for over a decade and they have been so useful each and every year! I keep these in my data binder so that they are easy to refer to during parent conferences, data meetings, IEP meets, etc. I like to pass these along to the next teacher at the end of the year so that they have all important info at-a-glance from the beginning. THIS RESOURCE INCLUDES: A full editable unlocked version Everything you see on this document is editable with PowerPoint™. You can rework the tables as much as you need in order to customize it all to your exact needs. That means that you can add/delete columns and rows, change the font style, size, colors, etc. A pre-made version I included a couple of my copies that you can just plug your info into and print. These are also great examples to refer to when customizing your own data sheets. Digital Copies Google Slides™ copies are included in case you love all things digital. Important Note: If you are filing these sheets out digitally, edit how you’d like, then copy and paste that slide as many times as you need for your whole class. I highly suggest deleting the pages that you are not using - including the directions and cover pages. If you ever need the original file back, just go back to TpT and re-download.
