HEM Architects - This is an ambitious project with super nice design features. Julie, our Project Architect has submitted this project (for a house in Walkley, Sheffield) for planning. She has designed a rear extension with distinctive London bricks to give the owners more space. There'll be a generous open plan kitchen/dining/living area connected to the garden. There'll be an additional guest bedroom, along with a new main bedroom suite, with a large dressing room. As you can see here, the star of the project is without a doubt the rear facade

Alan's done a great job of working with a heritage consultant to achieve the design. ⁠ ⁠ Our client wanted to extend his interwar cottage but this sits on an awkward site. Alan's designed two contemporary side extensions to give our client the desired space he's looking for but still retaining the identity of the original cottage
