Have you tried to use the NEW Google Sites? If you haven't had the opportunity, I would highly recommend that you check it out. The drag and drop interface makes it easy for anyone to design a webpage, regardless of past experiences or abilities. If you have ever used Weebly or Wix, the interface and design is very similar.
