Looking for a fun and interactive physics lab to do with your students? This lab helps students understand the relationship between mass, length and the rate of swing with pendulums. It also helps them practice with collecting data as well as graphing it (which we all know is crucial in a science class!) This open-ended and exploration based lab activity is great for middle school and high school science classrooms. Depending on your age group, this lab can take anywhere from 60-90 minutes. I hope that this lab is as much of a success in your classroom as it has been in mine :) Product includes: Teacher instructions & tips Open-ended lab sheet Images of lab setup Answer key!
