I've got three quarts right here and I'm pouring it into my pot and this is a one-to-one recipe so you want to follow that with three quarts of water. It's snowing and right here, I have one cup of kosher salt that I'm pouring into our mixture. Next, measure out a half cup of sugar and add that right into your pot. Now, go ahead and Set your brine on the barbecue. And now get yourself a good little whirlpool going here. Now once it's nice and clear you are all done. Oh, perfect and now, I left some whole and then, I have some chips and I have some spears. Now, get some mason jars. I've got some black peppercorn. The beauty of this is you can add however many you'd like and you can do whatever spice combo you'd like as well. I think this taste good. I love garlic. Get a little pinch. See ya. Next, get some dill seed. This is going to taste so insanely good. Now, it's time for some fresh dill. Grab a bunch. Now, fold this guy up. Fold it one more time. Now take your dill and put that in the jar and then just put this all the way on the bottom like that. It's cucumber time. Put these right in the jar. You can pack these in tight. Alright and then in this hole shove down some more of your dill. Time for my Britney Spears. Now in that little hole Just penetrate that with some dill. Finally, I've got my chips. Since we can't form a whole with this, I'm just going to add some dill right in the center of my chips and then fill it with some more. Alright, so we are doing three types of pickles. I've got the whole pickles right here. Then, we've made some spears and then I have my chips and these are all ready to go now. Alright, everyone. We are ready here to get our brine. Wonderful. I'll add this right into your jars. Oh, this is going to be so good. You do not need to worry about sterilizing jars. Just make sure these are very clean when you use them. This is not canning or fermenting. This is pickling everyone. Just use clean jars and you're good. And get these under the brine. This is my favorite recipe for the classic dill pickle. These taste so good on hamburgers in the summer. Now just lid these. I'm securing these nice and tight. Alright, guys. This is so easy. Now, just stick your little pickle babies right into the fridge and this will do all the work for you, just time. See you later. Alright, guys. These are all done. So, we're going to give these a try. I let these sit in the fridge for a week. It's really amazing what can happen in a week. This is a set it and forget it recipe and this is so great for summer. It's so refreshing. I am so pumped to try these out. Oh, ya. Oh. This is going to taste so good. Better than in store bought. This is the best pickle I've ever had.
