Introducing my TCP Magic FD Rx7! Fully equipped with aero upgrades and a new billet 20B 3 rotor engine! After building my Supra, I didn't plan on building the Rx7 so soon. However, it happened because I saw 3dsupercarbricks (3DSCB) release his Rx7. When I first saw it, I was shocked! It was the first time I've seen someone build an Rx7 with this kit. I first saw it in Car Throttle's YT and Superstreet, and I loved how it looked. I think it took less than 3 months to design it, which is the fastest build I've done so far. Looking at 3DSCB's version, I took inspiration from the front bumper, front fenders, rear fenders, doors, C-pillar, and tail lights. His version is super solid, so I adapted it for my ~1:17 version. Typically, people with this kit delete the popups, but I decided to keep it. In the second picture, you can see it with the lights up. It's not perfect, so it looks a little sleepy. I'll have to redo it in the future, but for now, I like it down as it looks sleek. The hood is based on Streethunterdesigns, which was originally designed by @mickeyandrade. The coolest part is the large center vent, where you can see the intercooler through it. The 20B engine is the highlight of this build. The goal was to make it pop by using metallic silver pieces. The end result just looks beautiful! The gold accents add a nice touch of contrast as well. This engine build has set the bar for me to design future engines. In the rear, I took the APR wing from my v2.0 BRZ, but used wider wing stands. I added a massive Tomei exhaust, which I love! However, that meant I had to cut the diffuser. I initially wasn't a fan of the large vents from the rear fenders, but they have grown on me. The rear hatch was daunting, but things clicked and it is perfect! Overall, I think this Rx7 turned out amazingly, and I might just have to create a few more versions.
