Bad Cop (also known as Good Cop) is the secondary antagonist of the 2014 animated film The LEGO Movie, and a minor character in its sequel The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. He is voiced by Liam Neeson, who also voices his father Pa Cop. Bad Cop is the head of President Business's army and is the head of the Super Secret Police. He comes from a line of policemen, Pa Cop and Ma Cop being some of them, and when he gets angry, he kicks chairs (as revealed when he interrogates Emmet). He first appea
