Feel free to make 3-4 sheet pans of bacon so it last you even longer in the fridge. 🥓Instructions 1.Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and cook bacon on 400F for 10-15 minutes (this will depend on how crispy you like your bacon) 2.Remove the bacon and place on a paper towel to remove excess grease. Portion out the cooked bacon and wrap in parchment paper. 3.Transfer to a gallon size freezer bag. Remove as much air as possible before sealing and label with the prep date. Freeze up to 4 months 4.When ready to enjoy heat in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. This is great for salads, BLTs or a quick grab an
