20min · 2 servings INGREDIENTS • 2 slices Bread • 50g Ricotta (greek yogurt also works) • 1 Egg Yolk • 1 tbsp Honey (adjust it to your preference) • Pinch of Salt • Blueberries + Powdered Sugar (for dusting) 1. Using the back of a spoon, press the bread slices to create a well in the center. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together ricotta, egg yolk, honey and salt until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture evenly on top of the bread slices. Top it off with the blueberries. 4. Bake in a preheated air fryer at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. 5. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
