Graphing Linear Equations Quilt- version 2 I decided to make a second version of the graphing linear equations quilt project which focuses on slope-intercept form, and make one that covers more forms of equations. This activity has students use their knowledge of slope-intercept form, standard form and point-slope form to graph lines given in different formats. The students work out the problems, finding the most important information needed for graphing the lines: vertical and horizontal lines, slope, y intercepts, x intercepts, and points on the lines. They then graph the 12 lines to create a picture and can then personalize their designs. If desired, a “quilt” of the students' papers can be made to hang on the wall in the classroom. *If interested in the version with JUST slope intercept form equations and horizontal and vertical lines, please find: Graphing Linear Equations Quilt Project.* I hope you and your students will like it as much as I do!
