Size: Our coolers will fit all standard size cans and bottles Process: When you have purchased your item, you will need to leave a message in ‘add to personalisation’ this is before you add to cart. You will need to let us know what you would like written word for word (as we copy and paste), the colour (if applicable) and the font number which you can find in the listing (if applicable). This will help us do a demo design for you which is the next step. If you have purchased something with many individual items, example names or pens this may not fit in the ‘add to personalisation’ box – please send us a message with the wording you need. DEMO Design: You will receive a demo design picture (in black) which you will need to confirm before we start the cutting process, However if we do NOT receive a respond within 24 hours after the demo design has been sent – the item will be cut and sent with first demo design. Receiving your item: This is very important – all items are fragile; Acrylic pieces will come with a brown paper or a plastic sheet to protect from scratches during transit, this will need to be peeled off carefully by yourself before the event. Once paper or plastic sheet is removed the damage insurance is voided. Postage and Packaging: Your item will be sent via Australia Post with tracking which will be uploaded to your purchase for updates.
