On Ubuntu and some other linux distros, scrollbar is a feature that is enabled by default. Scrollbar is a useful feature as it helps you to navigate on your terminal easier. However, since scrollbar is enabled by default, it means that the scrollbar will be visible even when there's nothing to scroll on your terminal. For example, when you launch terminal, you can easily see scrollbar showing at the side. Now this is not an issue in terms of functionality, but it's more like of a "visual bug"
