HEAVY-DUTY Rustic Wood Floating Shelf With Two Robust Flat Steel Brackets Made to Order. Sold Individually. Offering a traditional take on a clean-lined contemporary design, this floating shelf brings a touch of well-worn charm as it shows off a few of your favorite things. The solid pine wood shelves made in the USA will add style to your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, study, laundry room, or anywhere you need to add some wall decor for display, or storage and organization. WOOD CHARACTERISTICS: The wood is new wood, it is not reclaimed. We hand craft new wood that is harvested from a sustainable and environmentally sensitive forest that is a member of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) . It is milled by an old school energy conservative wood mill. The boards are planed and then sanded and stained in our wood shop to obtain a weathered finish to highlight its warmth, with unique character with natural imperfections including knots, growth rings, and grain patterns that ensure that every piece is completely unique and truly one of a kind. Some minimal twisting, bowing, and some helical circles on the wood may be present. If you plan to install more than one shelf in a specific area, we recommend that you purchase all the shelves at the same time. We use Low VOC wood stain. Our finishes may vary slightly from the photos due to the age, grain pattern and location within the trunk of the tree of each individual board. BRACKET DESCRIPTION: Two each J Shaped Flat Iron mounting brackets with 2" drywall screws are included, this piece is ready to hold up to 75 lbs. per pair of brackets as soon as it reaches your door. If the wall studs aren't in the ideal location, you will need to purchase appropriate anchors, For the longer shelves, we have included an extra single bracket on the "Size" drop down menu for you convenience. If you purchase the single bracket, we will make sure that it matches the other two brackets that are included with the shelves. The brackets are powder coated with the matte black finish to eliminate rusting and may have some hammered edges to match the modern farmhouse vibe. WHAT IS INCLUDED: ONE shelf and TWO brackets of your choice are included in an order quantity of (1) one each. The photos are illustrations of what the shelves would look like after they are installed. Décor items are not included. The brackets are not attached to the shelves, so you will have the freedom to mount the brackets in the most optimum place for your space. We include standard 2” drywall screws to install the brackets to the studs. If you can’t hit the studs, you will need to purchase anchors suitable for your wall materials, We include Installation guidelines and care suggestions, as well as anchor suggestions. WOOD SIZES OFFERED: We offer 7.25”, 9.25” and 11.25” deep shelves, with lengths varying from 12" to 72”. The thickness of our wood is approximately 1 ½”. If you need a custom length that isn’t listed on the “size” drop down menu, please contact us. Once you enter your order. Etsy will notify you. And we will send you the tracking number when we print the shipping label. SHIPPING METHODS: We ship almost exclusively via UPS Ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please send us your street address. Please make sure that your profile address is up to date, since changing your address after the order is entered is difficult. We can’t offer our free shipping program to AK, HI, PR or APO addresses. But we can arrange for you to pay the extra shipping charge to those locations. SHIPPING TIME TABLE: We are shipping our orders in just under two weeks currently. We usually have the ability to RUSH an order, but contact us before you order. Please don’t leave a note to seller on your order that you have a pressing need for the order. We will probably miss your note. Just reach out to us on the message board. There might be a couple hour lag when we are busy in the shop, or in designers meetings, but we attempt to respond quickly. MAXIMUM DEPTH AND LENGTH: The maximum depth that we can purchase is 11.25”. The maximum length that we can ship is 72” long. If you need a longer shelf, please consider two shorter shelves and mount them side by side. The extra long shelves would need extra center brackets, so two shelves and four brackets look great. If you need super short shelves, to finish out your projects, we offer some short shelves, that we cut will our old saw. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests are limited to 24 hours after order entry. We start the order process the next day after order entry. Since we are a “made to order” shop, and don’t maintain any inventory, once the order is in process, we can’t accept cancellations. RETURNS: Returns are accepted on many of our products per our posted time frame. Full details are included in our Return FAQ's, but the short take is...... We ask you to ship the item back to us, and we will charge a 20% restock fee, if the item is returned in a resalable condition. In addition, we don’t refund our internal cost to ship the item to you.
