They energize and soothe me at the same time. The overflowing box of strings was sorted into smaller bins grouped by color family. We all know strings can get messy in a big hurry. This set-up helps me keep complete chaos at bay but still lets me work freely. * * * I had cut enough base blocks to make a single large quilt. As you can see in the first photo above, I've changed my mind and will make two less-large quilts. The blocks will finish at 9" meaning one quilt will be 45" x 63" and the other will be 36" x 45" All in good time. Quiltdivajulie
