This is a full set of all of my sharp-edged dice shapes as blank 3D printable STL files. These files are meant for you edit in a 3D modelling program of your choice to add your own numbers, text, symbols, etc. This set contains 43 different blank STL files for instant download, ready for you to edit. These are: ► D2 "Coin": Circle, Diamond, Square, Pentagon, Hexagon, Octagon. And two variants of each shape: Regular and Inset. ► D4: Normal/Pyramid, Crystal, Gem (Points), Gem (Facet), Wedge ► D6: Normal/Cube, Crystal, Gem (Points), Gem (Facet), Jewel, Rhombus ► D8: Normal (Standard), Normal (Pointier), Crystal, Gem (Points), Gem (Facet), Jewel ► D10: Normal (Standard), Normal (Pointier), Crystal, Gem (Points), Gem (Facet), Jewel ► D12: Normal, Crystal, Gem (Points), Gem (Facet), Jewel, Rhombus ► D20: Normal, Jewel The various alternate shapes of each die are scaled to similar overall size as the regular shapes, either in physical dimensions or volume or both. This means that no matter what shape you choose, they will feel roughly the same size as other dice of the same number of faces. ***CUSTOMIZE-IT-YOURSELF 3D PRINTABLE FILES*** This listing is for blank virtual, imaginary, computer-format dice STL files that exist only on your computer, rather than real, physical dice that you can hold in your hand. You will need to edit them yourself in a 3D modelling program to add numbers, symbols, etc. Then, if you want to make them a physical object, you will need access to a 3D printer - ideally a resin printer, which uses liquid that hardens with exposure to light, to make these files into physical objects. You will need to print them out yourself, or have someone do it for you - someone you know with the right kind of 3D printer, or a printing service like Shapeways. ► Want a set of dice files customized with your choice of fonts and symbols? I can add all that for you and send you the files to print. See: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheArgentRose?section_id=29227465 ► Do you want blank inserts, to make a clear shell with numbers around a smaller version of the same shape, without numbers, enclosed inside? You'll want this listing instead: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1090862434/3d-printable-dice-masters-blank-inserts ***SCALE*** This set is scaled to "Average/Normal" size, to fit well with most commercially-available dice. You can, of course, scale the files up or down as you like - I suggest doing this before adding numbers so that the number depth is consistent. ***USAGE OF THE FILES*** These files are supplied to customize and print masters to make your own dice, so you may upload them to a printing service such as Shapeways as a privately viewable object to have them printed for you, or send them to someone you know who owns a resin printer who will print them for you, or similar transfer of files to get them printed up for you. You can print as many copies of your masters as you need from these STL files to make your own dice, and you may modify the files for personal use. You are allowed to sell finished dice - molded and cast versions of your prints (if you may do so in your country - certain types of dice may be patented for sale as gaming devices in certain countries - my files are 3D models of dice rather than gaming devices themselves). You can use my files in renders and promos for your own work based on them - for example, rendering several colour options to poll customers on which style they want you to produce next. You may sell silicone molds for dice-making based on these files, and anyone who buys your molds can sell dice made in them. You are not allowed to redistribute the STL files otherwise (such as putting them up on Thingiverse, MyMiniFactory, etc. for others to download and print for themselves). You are not allowed to sell printed versions of these for use as finished dice, or as dice masters - I retain exclusive rights to selling prints/masters made from these files. Only commercial use of certain derivative works (silicone molds, casts made in silicone molds, or renders/promos using my 3D files but not my images) is allowed. Any other usage, please contact me first.
