The last few years have been a roller coaster - ups and downs. That's life. But sometimes life doesn't go the way you want it. It's easy to just continue on a mundane path and that's what I've done. But I finally decided it was time to break away and make a change...wait did I just plagiarize that line from Kelly Clarkson? Anyways, it was time to take control of my life - so I did. I am excited to announce that I got a new job! I'm getting back into writing and will be working for a fashion retail site. I'm super excited. But it's bittersweet. I'm going to have to leave LA and my friends here. I'll be jumping into a new routine for the first time in four years. And frankly, I'm just sacred because it all seems too good to be true. But it is true. And it's time for me to be happy! I have a favorite 311 lyric that I try to live by. Maybe if you're in need of a little cheer it will help you: You've got to trust your instinct and let go of regret. You've got to bet on yourself now star, because that's your best bet. We really are stronger and braver and better than we tend to give ourselves credit for. Don't ever feel like you're not good enough or wish you'd done better. You can always make a change.
