Cooperative Learning - These posters and cards are great for getting the most out of your students' cooperative learning group time. Each Poster / Card explains the "Job Description" for each student role. When students are assigned specific "jobs" to be responsible for during cooperative learning time they are more focused and motivated to help their group successfully complete any task given to them by their teacher. The following Job Descriptions are included: Task Master Voice Monitor Writer Reporter Once each job is introduced, jobs can be assigned by the teacher by handing out the Job Description Cards, or students can pick their jobs. I have used this method with 1st and 2nd graders for many years.
