An important symbol of the ancient Egyptians, scarabs represent eternal life. The scarab symbol is worn by those who connect with the ancient wisdom of the life-death-life cycle and the mysteries of our existence. This indulgent design features a stylized scarab motif, sumptuous gemstones, scallop details and pyrite beads for a sparkly, rich texture. Thick vintage box chain adds to the opulence. The piece clasps with our signature shepherd hook and adjuster. Neckline: 21” with 3” adjuster; can be made shorter or longer upon request. A note on our ‘Mystic Labradorite’ option: Mystic Labradorite cabochons were custom-made for Trollbinde. We took this stone of intuitive power and had it overlaid with a titanium coating to give the natural gem a silvery, mystical hue. -Vintage brass box chain with antique gold overlay -Antique gold overlay over tooled brass and pewter -Gemstone cabochons and pyrite beads -Vintage Rhinestones

Human talent knows no bounds, and this holds true both for the people of the past and those in our current times, especially when it comes to crafting impressive structures. These range from small yet stunning creations like hand-carved coins bearing the faces of past rulers to large-scale structures as vast as the Colosseum's Basement in Rome.

Sól Earrings. Protection/Solar Amulets. ”Sun-worshipping cult in the Nordic Bronze Age and various animals have been associated with the sun's movement across the sky, including horses, birds, snakes and marine creatures.” Handmade earrings inspired from bronze age decorations of shields. Probably these shields were used in rituals, sacred shields, sun symbols closely associated with the gods and the cycle of the seasons. The earrings are hand fabricated of brass and decorated with citrine cabochons. Ancient Egypt, one of the richest and most advanced of the early civilizations, appeared on the stage of history around 3100 B.C. (Dynasty I). Hieroglyphic scripts and tomb decorations document the Egyptians' belief in the afterlife, their mythology, and their deities. Jewelry was often worn as protective talismans. Gold was believed to reflect the life-giving rays of the sun. The color and brilliance of gemstones traditionally determined their value and religious significance. Length: 18" Materials: Carnelian, aventurine, sodalite, and pewter beads with gold finish, toggle and bar closure
The sky blue hololith is made from a single piece of sapphire and is believed to have belonged to Caligula. The ring is part of an exhibition of more than 100 engraved gems at Wartski jewellers, London.
