PAYMENT To start, select your base set from the drop down menu. Note, Wax seals are not included in this set unless you add it on - send me a note if you want to add them on! PROVIDE WORDING In the personalization box, please include your invitation wording and the following: - Full invitation wording as you want it on your invite - RSVP Due Date - Any Custom RSVP Wording (ex: names instead of M, song request, etc) - Food Choices if applicable - RSVP Address *if adding on RSVP Envelope Addressing - Text for your details card (accommodations, reception information, website, etc) - Return Address for mailing Envelope - Paper Choice (white or cream) - Envelope Color Choice (Mailing & RSVP) OR Email me and I will send you a google doc to fill out with your wording. This also have suggestions if you're stuck on where to get started with your wording. 3. PROOF APPROVAL Once I have all the wording, you will receive the digital proofs of all your pieces within 2 business days. My office hours are M-F 11am-7pm EST. We will revise until it is everything you dreamed of, nothing will be printed without your approval! Proofs are sent via PDF through Etsy Messages. If you prefer them to be send via email, let me know and I will send them that way! 4. GUEST ADDRESSING (IF ADDED ON!) If you added guest address printing to your order, I will email over an Excel Spreadsheet required for the addresses. They must be provided in this template, I will not be able to reformat them for you. 5. PRODUCTION TIME & ARRIVAL Everything is assembled by hand, by me. Some orders take longer than others to assemble, depending on your add ons. With that said, once the proofs have been sent to print, production time is typically 14-21 business days. If you didn't have any add on's production time is closer to 7-10 business days! I ship all items USPS Priority mail (2-4 days) from the midwest, USA! FAQ'S -CAN I CHANGE FONTS?- Yes! We can definitely change fonts to your invitation suite. We will work together to decide what fonts you would like to put into your design! And you will get to see them in your proofs! -WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?- It depends, if you are just printing the suite without any assembled items (Liner, Wax Seals, Vellum Wraps, Ribbon, Thread, etc) the turnaround time is 10-12 business days from the time you approve your proofs. If you have assembled items it can take a little longer, up to 4 weeks. I will give you an estimated date of completion when we finalize the proofs. -CAN I GET A PERSONALIZED SAMPLE?- All samples are pre-made, so I cannot personalize them. But you will get to feel and see the paper stocks in person along with color swatches and wax seals. I also try to send everything that you can add on, subject to availability! -CAN I CHANGE THE WORDING?- YES! Everything is 100% customizable to fit your needs! Wording can always be changed and I can also give you suggestions if need be. -CAN I CHANGE COLORS?- Yep! We can change colors of text, most graphics, envelopes and any accessory to correspond with your wedding day. It doesn't have to be the colors that are listed in the photo above! -DO YOU OFFER RUSH?- Yes, subject to availability! If you don't have any assembly (just printing) I can do a rush order for an additional $150 and your order will ship to you 3-4 business days after you approve your proofs. If you do have assembled items, I can do a rush order for an additional $200, and your order will ship to you within 14 business days (2 weeks ahead of my normal turnaround). -DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA or UK?- YES!
