Charcuterie Board Tray , Oval Cheese Tray, Platter, Charcuterie Board, Painted White Washed Oval Tray made by Foo Foo La La Food is NOT included. All our boards come with a lip around the edge for the food to stay put. You need that lip, trust me. Bow handles are just so cute!!! We stain the wood with one coat of minwax stain. You can chose to add poly, wax, oil or any finish once you receive your board on your end. We do not add any poly, wax or oil to the board. We do stain only. I recommend putting parchment paper or using doilies down before use for easy clean up. Minwax states their stain is food safe after fully cured. If you would like to put a clear coat or use butcher block oil directly on the board you can do that on your end. There is a drying / airing out period of time that will need to occur on your end once you receive the board. Please allow for that. All boards are finished in minwax stain. You can read about that here. https://www.minwax.com/about-us/environmental-responsibility/ What you can expect with our rustic collections. Pine wood with natural variation that will take stain and paint differently. Knots in the wood as well as all natural imperfections that give each piece character and charm. Your handmade items are made by hand and with love. Not manufactured in a machine by the thousands. One at a time, by human hands. ALERT: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED.
