Happy Easter I want to wish you all a very Happy Easter. I'm not sure what our activities will entail since we celebrated with family last weekend while at our daughter's house for a birthday/Easter party. Whatever your plans, I hope it is a perfect day! !! I thought I'd like to share some card ideas that I've found on Pinterest. I love the fact that for Easter cards you can get as 'cutesie' as you want or go the elegant route - either way, I love the soft, pastel colors of Springtime, don't you? posted by JJ on Splitcoast Stampers. Lovely card. originally found on 'HandyScraps' on Etsy Vicki used the Stampin' Up bird punch to make the tulips and the leaves. Such a sweet card. Look closely at this precious card. It is done with the quilling technique. The intricacy of the petals is awesome. I tried quilling once - and was not overly successful (to put it delicately). I need to try again ... I think this is a really darling card. originally found on Etsy at treehouse05. This makes me smile... so cute!!! Found on princessfiona-scrap-pics.blogspot.co.uk . Ok, you still have a few hours to whip up one of these for that special someone on Easter Sunday. Have a wonderful weekend!!! Hugs

Hi everyone I'm spreading a little sunshine and happiness around with a sweet image from Lili Of the Valley bunnie, and wow we need it atm. This little cutie is from the latest set of 8 Easter character digi stamps that were released last week. So for my card today, I've used 'Bunny With Egg Basket' which I coloured with Copic pens. I combined the bunnie stamp with one of the sentiments from the 'Spring Mix of 32 Sentiments' set, which was released a few weeks ago. I hope you like it. x Don't forget that there's 50% off everything in the LOTV shop, it has been extended until 2nd April. Yay!! For your information, here is the link to the LOTV Etsy Store to check out all the digi stamps, and the LOTV online store to check out the rest of their goodies. Here's What I Did I die cut a square panel from pretty lemon patterned paper, and added it to the front of a 6" x 6" white card blank, leaving a wide border around the edge. A thin white border was die cut from white card and glued in the centre of the panel. I imported the cute bunnie digi stamp and the sentiment into my graphics program, then resized them both to fit my project. The image was then printed directly onto colouring card stock and cut into a circle. The image was coloured in using Copic pens, then glitter was added to the Easter eggs. The circle was glued in the centre of a large scalloped circle cut from white card, then an inverted scalloped circle that was die cut from lemon card and added over the top. Funky foam was added to the back of the topper and attached to the centre of the card front. To finish the card I added a flowers and leaves to the top and bottom of the card, along with a few pearls. Here's What I Used Digital Stamp: Bunny With Egg Basket Digital Sentiment Stamp: Spring Mix of 32 Sentiments (Happy Easter) Copic Pens: Rabbit - W0, W1, W2, W3, R30, R32 / Top & Bow - Y11, Y15, Y17 / Basket & Ground - E31, E33, E35 / Eggs - Y11, Y15, Y17, RV00, RV02, RV13, YG01, YG03, YG17 Other: 6" x 6" White Card Blank, Make It Color Blending Card, 'Garden Treasures' Paper Pad Hunkydory), White Card, Lemon Card, Green Card, Layers, Frames & Banners Square Dies (Julie Hickey), Scalloped Circles (Crealies), Stitched Circle Scallop Frame (MFT), Circle Die, Tattered Lace), Camellia - Complete Petal Dies (Creative Expressions), Leaf Punch (Martha Stewart), Funky Foam, Glitter, Glue, Double Sided Tape, Pearls Or why not join us on social media at 'We Love Lili Of the Valley' Facebook Group run by the Design Team, the official Lili Of The Valley Facebook page and on Instagram. Happy Easter Card Here is a simple but adorable Easter card using the Bunny Punch! This punch will be available again mid May. While that is too late for Easter, it's a great punch to have for baby cards! I had to use the Fresh Freesia Card Stock as purple is my favorite colour and it's retiring soon!! Directions: Cut a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of Fresh Freesia Card Stock and score it at 4 1/4" for your card base. Cut a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Basic White C/S and emboss it using the Painted Posies 3D Embossing Folder. Attach this layer to the card base. Cut a 2" x 5" piece of the Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper. Flag cut one end and attach to the layer using Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue. Die cut a Basic White C/S Circle using the Layering Dies or Stylish Shapes Dies. Attach to the card base using Dimensionals. Punch out a bunny using the same Designer Series Paper as your flagged strip. Attach the bunny to the Basic White C/S circle using Dimensionals. Stamp the floral sprig using Memento Black Ink onto Basic White C/S. Color using Fresh Freesia and Mint Macaron Stampin' Blends. Fussy cut out and attach to the bunny using Dimensionals. Die cut a Basic White C/S tag from the Waves Dies. Stamp a sentiment using Memento Black Ink. Change the sentiment for a baby card, thank you card, birthday card etc! Feed some Fresh Freesia Ribbon through one of the tag holes and tie into a bow. Attach this label to the card front using Dimensionals. Add some Rhinestones to finish off the card.
